  RBA enabled us to avoid a very costly mistake. Robin highlighted significant structural defects and gave honest, impartial advice. Cannot recommend highly enough. Please be aware that vendors of similar defective properties may not equally appreciate the honesty of the structural engineer! We remain forever grateful, Thank you!

  I used RBA Consulting for a structural survey on a property I was purchasing following request from my mortgage provider. RBA consulting provided a quick, efficient service and returned an extremely thorough report in a timely manner. Would use the services again if required and highly recommend them to anyone who requires and structural survey.

  RBA consulting compiled a full structural report for my current home a couple of years ago prior to purchase, as was requested by the lender. The report gave both the lender and myself confidence that the property was sound and only requiring minor maintenance and it was turned around very quickly from survey. Cannot stress how useful this report proved in my instance.

  We were first-time house-buyers and used RBA for a full-structural survey. The peace of mind and friendly, in-depth advice that they provided throughout the process was invaluable and helped massively to alleviate some of the stresses associated with purchasing a property. On-going advice was also offered after the house-sale had completed, guiding us through some of the remedial work that was required on the roof structure that had been flagged by the survey. RBA really are a fantastic firm and go above-and-beyond for their clients and I would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending them to anyone seeking advice on a property structure.
